IT support that thinks ahead, not just fixes what's broken.

Most IT problems cost less to prevent than to fix. We get to know how your business runs, look after the day-to-day, and tell you early when something needs attention, before it stops your team working.

What we look after

Day-to-day help

Remote first, so most problems are sorted in minutes, and on site when it needs hands. Windows, Mac and Linux.

Networks and Wi-Fi

Office networks that work properly, and secure remote access for people working from home.

Cloud, office servers or both

Microsoft 365, servers in your office, or a mix. If bringing data back in-house makes more sense for you, we'll plan and handle the move.

Security and backup

Endpoint protection, backups that actually get tested, and security set up properly from the start. We're Cyber Essentials certified ourselves, and we can guide you through getting certified too.

Monitoring and planning ahead

Our monitoring keeps an up-to-date record of every device you have and flags problems early, often before you notice them. It also gives us what we need for a regular review of what's ageing, what's at risk and what's coming up, so you can budget for it instead of being caught out.

How we work

We'll be honest about old kit

If a computer is past it or still running Windows 10, we'll tell you and explain why, rather than keep patching it and sending another bill next month.

You deal with people who know you

Every call is logged and passed straight to Mark or David, the people who'll actually fix it.

Advice you can act on

You get a recommendation, the reasons behind it, and what it's likely to cost.

Support hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Outside those hours you can leave a message for anything urgent.

Who it's for

Our support suits businesses of around 5 to 200 people who rely on their IT every day and want it looked after properly. If you'd rather only call someone when something breaks and go with the cheapest fix each time, we're probably not the right fit, and that's fine.

Tell us about your setup and what's bothering you. We'll tell you honestly what we'd do.
